TCL India Holdings Pvt Ltd; recently conducted BM Meet at HO, Mumbai. The meet was of two days from 3rd to 4th April 2010. Around 20 employees from across India participated in the Meet.
“The meet was good. It was appreciated by all the BM’s,” Said Mr. Rambo, Director TCL India holdings Pvt. Ltd. He further added, “I am expecting positive response from this meet. It has helped me greatly in settling up the target zone-wise after considering market scenario discussed by BMs”
The meet was divided into various sessions. Training for sales employees was part of the first day sessions. Mr. Adhiraj, Business Lead from CTS consulting was appointed as Trainer.
Mr. Harendra Singh, Assistant Manager – Sales, TCL India Holdings Pvt Ltd, stated, “These types of training are very refreshing & motivating to achieve higher targets.”
Apart from BM screening their presentation, movie called ‘We are Marshall’ was screened by HR department for all sales employees.
“The movie was good fun and very inspiring, we could actually relate to it, said Mr. Lavesh Chavan, Director, TCL India Holdings Pvt Ltd.
The climax of the Meet was ‘Speech Competition’ organized by HO for all employees.
The meet was concluded with the distribution of prizes, the first prize was won by Mr. Annirudh, Mr. Rao with the second prize & Ms Saroj with third.
Mr Rajesh & Mr Zuber’s team (Saroj, Abhishree, Hariom, Satish, Arpita) was awarded with the best Team Award,
